Casa Rural Lar de Melitona

Lar de Melitona Rural House, located in Castilla-La Mancha, in Guadalajara, is part of the Alcarria region and its famous Alcarria Route, by Camilo José Cela. We found a village where time has respected the passage of time, Masegoso de Tajuña. Its location gives us the opportunity to explore the surrounding villages and its nature, full of moorlands, fauna, and flora. An ideal place for lovers of tranquility and nature. A little gem that will surprise anyone who comes to visit it.

The Lar de Melitona rural house is located in the village square, next to the Town Hall. A peaceful place surrounded by nature, perfect for enjoying rural tourism.

The house is a farmhouse from the late 20th century, completely restored, preserving the original architecture. It can accommodate 6 to 10 people, and up to 4 people in the summer.

RESERVATIONS:

- A 30% deposit of the total amount is required + a €100 deposit via Bizum or bank transfer.

- The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the accommodation. You can pay by Bizum or in cash, and pay by bank transfer 2 days before check-in.

DEPOSIT

- This deposit will be returned within 24 hours of check-out. After a property inspection, the property will be inspected.

CANCELLATIONS:

The cancellation fees are:

- Between 45 and 30 days (inclusive) before check-in, 45% of the reservation price will be retained.

- Between 29 and 20 days (inclusive) before check-in, 55% of the reservation price will be retained.

- Between 19 and 10 days (inclusive) before check-in, 70% of the reservation price will be retained.

- Between 9 and 3 days (inclusive) before the check-in date, 80% of the reservation price will be retained.

- And 2 days before the check-in date, 100% of the reservation price will be retained.
